Boško Jakšić

Foreign affairs commentator

Boško Jakšić is a foreign affairs commentator and journalist. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Belgrade. He worked at the daily newspaper Politika from 1972 until his retirement in 2014, spending the majority of his career in the foreign policy section. He covered numerous international events, reported from war zones and crisis areas, and interviewed prominent global figures. Today, he writes columns for Politika and the Sarajevo-based Oslobođenje, and is a frequent guest on both international and domestic radio and TV stations
