Arnaud Mercier

Arnaud Mercier is a high-ranking civil servant in France and a former student of the French École Nationale d’Administration (ENA). He specializes in the electoral field. At the French Ministry of the Interior, he prepared the presidential and legislative elections in 2022, and then the senatorial elections in 2023. He currently holds the position of administration inspector within the General Inspectorate of Administration. Among various interministerial missions, he supported the organization of the European elections in June 2024 in New Caledonia and the preparation for the early legislative elections in 2024.
