Bojana Vlajović Savić is one of the founders and representatives of the Res Publika association. She remains in a dilemma about whether she is a journalist or an activist. She transitioned from a journalism career in the media to engagement in the civil sector, driven by the same motivation – to personally contribute to the building of an open and tolerant society where mutual differences are not obstacles but values that promote development. She is responsible for communications, creating advocacy initiatives, and fostering connections and collaboration within the sector and with other social actors. Since her high school days, she has been involved in protests and is always ready to speak publicly about issues that others prefer to remain silent about. She still believes in the possibility of change and the power of civic activism. She is most proud of the fact that Res Publika successfully organized the first civic observation of elections in Kragujevac.
