Aleksandar Novakoski

Election Expert

Aleksandar Novakoski is a lawyer by profession. Throughout his career, he has been a member of the Management Board of the Bar Association of the Republic of North Macedonia, and at various times held significant state positions such as the Secretary General of the Assembly of the Republic of North Macedonia and the President of the State Election Commission. He is also a member of numerous international organizations and associations, and is an expert for the OSCE and ODIHR. He leads the electoral legislation reform that must implement the recommendations of the OSCE/ODIHR, and he will also work on a new Electoral Code established by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of North Macedonia. He currently has his own law firm.
